Primal.
adj

Belonging to the first stage or earliest stage, original, primitive, primeval.

Pertaining to the needs that are postulated to form the origins of emotional life.

Of first rank, standing or importance.

Is primal the word you intended to use? Cos it don't make no sense at all!
Grains?

Ah! I was with A B, but I see you mean:
Primal therapy is a trauma-based psychotherapy created by Arthur Janov, who argues that neurosis is caused by the repressed pain of childhood trauma.

The answer is no.

Maybe the AME meant breathing?

Shouldn't be taking cocaine and flying anyway.

I looked on google, and I'm still non the wiser.

I've heard it used in surfing, as in "I'm going primal dude," but only once in medicine, as in "The Professor is a prime'ald example of a tw*t."

What's wrong with grains anyway? Please don't tell me someones told you that you've got an allergy to yeast and wheat

Funny how the m&h forum goes quiet this time of year. Exactly how long do the CAA get off for Christmas?

I'm confused! Granted it doesn't take much!

Do you mean actual grain or marijuana?

Any one "primal (as in no grains, etc)" would no doubt recognise my phrase. So I guess the answer to my question is 'no'.
