Flu jab for visiting stepdaughter.

Just a quick query. Does anyone have any suggestions for obtaining a flu jab for my stepdaughter? She is visiting from the US and should have had one before leaving. We live in Belfast and I was wondering if my GP could sell me one?(GP is currently closed for the holidays)

Thanks all

EW

Many pharmacists in the UK will give flu jabs.

Even Asda and Tesco do them !! Check them on line

yep most of the big community pharmacies will sell (and administer one) for about a tenner.

You could sweet talk your GP, but he may find two things problematic:
1) She's not Irish (I'm assuming)
2) She may not fit the clinical criteria.

Probably easier to visit Mr Tesco.

How old? Was reading in the paper today that many chemists/supermarket pharmacies won't vaccinate <18 some <16 even with parents there.
