Aerobatic physical training

It's a winter time and i want to ask about physical training

I am searching on google but i dont find nothing.
Please who is aerobatic pilot can write someting about exercises which his doing.

May write one week training or something like that.

Please help me

There are aerobatic books available on Amazon.
Kershner's Basic Aerobatic Manual.
ASA: Skydancing.
Wolfgang Langewiesche: Stick and Rudder. (perhaps available in German or even Polish. He was a very interesting man and a Phd.

Could I know what kind of G profiles are you executing during your aerobatic practices/shows? May be, I could then fill you in with some gen.
