Easy, tiger - just a little tongue in cheek - experiment and do what works best.

Just remember that drugs usually get a cute and cuddley 'you need CBT' response from the medical section in Gatwick.

Mr. rmcb: Talk about the topic. You don't have much knowledge in this area. You can sign yourself in at anytime at your centre.
You poms think you rule the world?
Go and say that to an E.U member and see what response you'll get!
Tongue and cheek!

southernskyz -

I know a good deal more about this than you can ever imagine, as does my nutritionist girlfriend (from Perth, WA). The Seaband is allegedly efficacious, but I cannot find a scientific peer review and I therefore conclude the results are substantiated by heresay and not scientific rigour.

1. You are obviously a zealot for quackery - a good job real scientists designed the aeroplanes in which you fly.

2. 'tongue IN cheek' is a phrase used to convey a gentle ribbing. Even my mother (EU, German) knows this.

3. Better get clutching your P6 meridian, or Nei-Kuan point; this pom senses your blood pressure rising halfway across the world!
