Grrr JAA Class One Medical Run down

Hey everyone, I'm planning to do my class one medical sometime this year. I already have a class two but obviously this one is much more thorough!
I'd just like to know what goes on during this medical (I already checked on the CAA website) but its always nice to get a response from people who have actually done the medical.

Also, are there any certain weight limits? (Below average BMI or Above av)

Hi, The line up is basically as is said on the website. They're actually very good at getting you through what is a very time consuming list of investigations but account for being there for half a day. Dress professionally, take all of your relevant paperwork pre-completed etc etc..........

Good luck

if your normal then you'll generally be fine. It's not that bad, when i got mine done i was crapping myself but most of the time was spent watching bbc news and envying the emirates pilot who'd come back for a renewal!
