Question Can a pilot fly if he or she have hypertension or high blood pressure?

When I was at the age of 15, I suffered from mild hypertension as I was overweight. My weight at that time was 96kg.Since then, I took jogging as a form of excersice. Now my weight is 75kg and my blood pressure went down.I just want to ask whether a person can be a pilot if he or she have high blood pressure.
