Question IAA/CAA MEDICAL

I hold a class 1 Irish medical (IAA), Does anyone known if there is an easy way of converting this to a caa class 1 medical,
Instead of having to do the CAA initial
which i am sure is identical to the IAA

Friday,

Certain Irish medical examiners are also licenced with the CAA, which means they will do a CAA version at the same time as your Irish renewal. All they do is basically rubber stamp both documents. They didn't even charge me anything extra! (the CAA will though)

This may be now all out of date with the JAA procedures, it was a couple of years ago when I did it. However a friend of mine just renewed his CAA class 1 in Dublin a few weeks ago...give them a call.
