Anisometriopia

The CAA rules for JAA class 2 state that anybody who has anisometriopia, (unequal refractive error), must not have no more than 3.0 dioptres anisometriopia.
What I'd like to know is: Does this 3.0 dioptre rule apply to UNCORRECTED vision, or corrected vision? i.e. If this condition exists naturally, (say at a 4.0 dioptre difference), but is corrected with a prescription, is this ok? I would also like to know if it's the same with the class 1 rule of no more than 2.0 dioptre difference

I applies to the strength of prescription required to correct each eye.
If you can't see anything without glasses but have 'normal' vision with a -4.5 lens over one eye and a -3 over the other, fine.
If you have (say) 6/9 vision without glasses, but can see normally with a -0.5 lens over 1 eye and a -2.75 over the other, tough.
