Post Colour vision endorsement

I know the whole colour vision thing has been done to death, but i managed to pass my class 1 and still ended up with an endorsement on it. I failed the ishihara plates, but passed a Holmes-Wright A Lantern test. This to my knowledge got me a *clean* unrestricted medical. Alas no.. although i do have an unrestricted class 1, i was tagged with a colour vision "flexibility" endorsement, meaning i can fly to my hearts content, just if anyone were to look at my medical they would see i had a slight colour problem. Could this in anyway have an impact on my employment opportunities (such as someone with a *clean* medical being picked over me).. ?
