Arrow Asthma, sorry to ask.

Hi there.

It has come to my knowledge that if I admit to a short bout of "Exercise Induced Asthma" when I was still very short and young, that it will bar me from all flying duties in the military.

Now at my last medical I did not tell them as personally I don't think I ever had it and thus am not willing to put it down. I am worried that they may find out and roast my ar*e for it and boot me out.

Can anyone help as this ongoing topic if driving me to sleepless nights allot of the time!

Thanks
RED

RED,

I could name many people flying military hardware that would admit to having had a 'summer cold'. Apparantly summer colds are very, very similar to asthma...and the people at OASC were happy with that.

Ciao
