Arrow CAA Medical complications

I have just finished my PPL in the states, and on my return to the UK i had my CAA medical (I passed my FAA medical no problem)
Iwas told during my CAA medical that i had a high blood content in my urine, and that i would have to visit my own GP to resolve the matter. The CAA doctor said he would have to write to the CAA and inform them.

Basically what i want to know is how is this going to delay things, and by how long ????
