Where is the CAA from?

The CAA stands for the Civil Aviation Authority.

It is not a license!!!

The beloved CAA are based at London Gatwick Airport in the UK. Unfortunately these are the people that TRY to govern aviation in the UK.
You can get a dose of there crap by either phoning them or visiting in person at their headquarters - The Belgrano!
