Refractive Surgery?
I know that this have been discussed before but I have searched on the past threads and I have not found the precise answer to this:. .. .According to the appendix 12 of parts B and C of the JAR-FCL3 it could be accepted refractive surgery complying some requisites, the question is: What kinds of refractive surgery? or all kinds?. .I have e-mailed this question to the JAA and I am waiting for the response.. .. .I am intereste in knowing what is the position that the JAA and the different aviation authorities hav about this.. .. .Thanks
