Depressurisation with a head cold ??
Hello,
I was wondering what is supposed to happen i I travel in an airliner whilst suffering from a head cold/flu and there is a depressurisation.

It can be bad enough without -- as I assume you mean -- sudden depressurization.
Even just descending from 5,000 feet down to ground can cause SEVERE pain and RUPTURED eardrum. This is extremely painful to say the least, though if you are lucky you will recover with no long term damage.
Do not fly with a head cold. If you must, you could mention this medical factor to the CC who may alert the flight crew and allow them to be a bit gentler on running the pressurization systems.
