RAF eye requirements?
Does anyone actually have to hand RAF (and/or FAA & AAC)eye requirements? What are the differences between multi engine and fast jet? Basically any information (numbers preferably) regarding eyesight will be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks

The RAF requirements are 20/20 with no correction and no exceptions.
There is no difference between FJ and ME.
As I found because of my leg length, everyone who applies to be a pilot in the RAF goes to initial training with the potential to be streamed as a FJ pilot. If you do not meet this req. then you cannot be a pilot in the RAF.
If the careers offices do their job, you would not even get to Cranwell with less than 20/20 eyesight.
