Post medical

have just had medical for PPL and due to two admissions to hospital about 10 and 7 years ago for concussion/migraine induced by trauma while doing sport, have to submit all my medical records on this subject to the medical examiner in london. this is to prove that i am not at risk of suffering a debilitating problem of this naturewhilst flying. also need doc's note to confirm don't suffer with this on a regular basis, which i don't. does anyone out there know if this is likely to be a problem, or has gone through the same sort of problem. should i be worried that the medical certificate will not be granted and i would be excluded from flying.
thanks to anyone with the time to help, and hopefully put my mind at ease.
