Smile Creatine

G'day pruners,

I do a lot of gym work, and was thinking bout taking a Creatine supplement to help, does anyone see this as being a problem w.r.t CASA medical blood tests or airline medicals. Not so much as the sideeffects, but on an anirline/CASA medical point of view?

Thumbs up

FE,

I recently had a discussion about this with a doctor friend who said that one way they test for liver problems is by looking for traces of creatinine (A waste product of creatine) in the urine. So I would suggest you simply tell them, as to the best of my knowledge the only problems you will encounter are false test results.

Hope that helps,
Ugly
