Post Airline Medicals

So you have a class 1 medical and all of yur shiny licences, ratings etc. But what if you have undergone laser surgery. Is it likely that even though the CAA have passed you fit the airline will consider you to be too much of a risk and therefore not offer you a position ??

requirements plus their Company reg's
