Post Training Incapacitation

Last week, I had the captain (instructor) "incapacitated" at a very early stage, just before V1. So I have to do the entire flight from rotation until "runway vacated", with the guy on my left just saying that he was bored.

The flight was 30 minutes long, but short after reaching cruise level FL180, my hands started to itch, as when a limb has been in a position for a time and it has poor blood irrigation.

The itching in both hands did not stop until after reaching the gate.

Does anyone has an answer or know something about it?

I think it might has something to do with workload, close to overload.

many thanks.
