Question How fit is fit?

Just a quick question:

BA medical requirements state that you must be physically fit, but how fit is fit? Is it just fit as in healthy, good diet, do not get out of breath walking up stairs, or do they put you on a running machine for an hour?

Either way I shouldn't have any trouble as an active young (19 y.o.) lad.

However, for BA's requirements over and above this you will need some input from other forum members familiar with BA's procedures.
