Question 100% oxy

What are the effects of doing ops at all levels on 100% oxygen?

I know of the basic ones such as ozy ear, lung, and, some say, gut - but what are the consequences of them. For example with oxy lung you can give it a good cough and it'll clear. Oxy ear however is known to be painful - does it have any lasting effects, and could it lead to any other side effects etc.

It'd be very interesting to hear a few avmed qualified people give some feedback.
Cheers,
Bri
