Question Long QT Syndrome

It looks like I might have long QT syndrome although I am fit, healthy and have a good heart rate. It has shown up on an ECG as 'marginal' and now I have to have further tests. ( my niece died suddenly many years ago - heart problem) and two cousins who share a parent twin to mine have also been diagnosed with it. I found an old thread on short QT syndrome which is interesting but anyone have experience of the above please and its potential implications. Because of my age I believe it is not such a problem for my own health but of course worry that I may have passed it on to my children.

I am sure time will tell but a problem shared......
