FAA Class 1 standards

Hi All,
Is there anywhere I can look at the medical requirements for the issue of a FAA class 1 medical certificate. You know, a bit like JAR-FCL 3.

Also, where can you get the medical done in th UK?
For info, I have a current JAA class 1 med cert.

Many thanks.

The information "from the horse's mouth" is available at:

Medical Certification

This link, as with links to most of the regulatory authorities are in the "BEFORE POSTING: check here" thread at the top of the forum.

Cheers,

Few people who are able to pass a JAR Class 1 will fail an FAA Class 1.

If you look at the faa.gov website you can find a list of FAA AMEs by country and see who is most conveniently located for you.

Best regards
