24 Hours ECG

Hi,
I have to undergo a 24-hr ECG monitoring before i am able to do a class 1 medical at Gatwick. I would like to know more about it. Anything particular things to do or avoid before the monitoring and during the monitoring?

Thanks for the input
nn

Might be difficult to get intimate with yr significant other during the monitoring. Probably best to avoid tea, coffee as well.

Holter Monitor

Named after the inventor. No big deal. Google it and "read all about it"

Had lots of these. Take it easy , cut back on coffee, coke etc.
Go for the one around the neck it easier to sleep with.

24 hours without intamacy?- disgusting!

In all seriousness, act as normal, that's the purpose behind the test-and intamacy shouldn't influence the result.
