a question about entry in Saudi Arabia, I know that they test everyone for HIV, however do they test anything else at the same time ?

Are you talking about entering as a visitor? then no medical checks. For employment visas, HIV / HEPC plus whole range of others, but these are constantly changing so best idea is to download medical application form.
