Question Class 1 initial worries

Hi All
This is the first time i have posted anything on here but was hoping that someone might be able to help, am going for my class 1 medical i have a class 2 but was a little worried about my previous medical problems i have had. When i was younger i suffered from a rear blood disorder called Stephen Johnson, that was about 6 years ago and it has never come back, also i got newmonia and my right lung collapsed, i have been given a clean bill of health but was worried it might stop me from obtaining my Class 1, can anybody advice me on what i should do.

Many Thanks
