Can anyone help me?
Hi
Im currently undertaking my ppl and heading for a class one medical very shortly.
Three years ago i was diagnosed with "Hodgkins Lymphoma". After a successful spell of chemotherapy i have now been in remission for two years and all is well.
I have read in archive forums from other people, that they have had no problems in obtaining their class one.
Will i be ok?
Thanks

You're definitely not alone and you shouldn't have any problems...
Just realised it runs to 49 pages now, but the author is a non-Hodgkins patient, currently undergoing chemo and stem cell and there's at least a couple more, including a Hodgkins...It's worth ploughing through too, as there's some pretty inspirational people and stories within it.
I had non-Hodgkins last year and will be out of action for 'up to two years' because the type is a new clssification and there isn't much statistical data, but I hope to get my Class One back sooner, based on the fact that I feel fine...
