Vestibular Neuritis

Have just been diagosed as suffering from Vestibular Neuritis after 3 months of seeing several Doctors. Was finally picked up by a neurologist who said I had it in just 1 ear.

Although I am feeling a lot better I am now getting bouts of fatigue and have the occasional funny spell.

Was wondering if anybody has any recommendations to help my symtoms? Been told to keep active by the Neuro but to not over do it. A fairly tricky thing for me as I'm quite active.

Is Vestibular rehab worth looking into? Or any alternative therapies (accupuncture)?

Any help appreciated as I've now been off sick for nearly 4 months. Cheers
