Impact of high CAC score on JAA Class 2 medical

A friend of mine has recently had a "heart scan" which showed a higher than normal CAC score for his age. He is due to have a medical for his class 2 JAA certificate and would like to know how a) if it is necessary or relevant to share this data with the AME and b) how the AME/CAA would utilise it currently. For info my friend has no symptoms and his resting ECG is normal...
