airsickness

Hi I started my ppl in Jan and have only managed about 7 hrs so far due to british weather.

When I started the first few flights were very calm but recently its been a bit bumpy and I have felt quite queasy and on one occasion was actually sick.

Is there anything anyone can suggest, I was tempted to go up for a half hour aerobatics flight see if a good thrashing helps get rid of my airsickness.

I always eat about an hour before going up but anything else would be much appreciated.

J
