Foreign Medical

Hi, Is there any way that you can validate a South African medical in UK or do you have to do the whole thing even though you have a valid caa foreign class 1?

Depend!

If your flight licence is an ICAO CPL, you have to practice an Exam at Gatwick on the basis of your ICAO licence (you pay less and you don't do some exam like EEG) to get an JAA 1 CLASS.
If not, you need to do full medical 1 class initial with all the exams and you pay full.
Translate foreign medical to JAA medical only with the papers is impossible.
