Class 2 medical

Hello all. Ive got my Class 2 medical in a few days, and i was wondering if there were any reccomendations of things to do before it. Ive begun to lots of water and what not, anything else to do? feeling very nervous

Relaxing and trying to not worry about it is probably as good as drinking lots of water !

It's not that bad. By now I'm sure you'll be aware of any 'weaknesses' (mine is blood pressure - but the pills sort that out). Anything else will be just normal. Your AME will expect you to be nervous - and will probably put you right at ease after about 1 minute (they're a good bunch)

Lay off the booze for a few days (if you do drink that is!)
Take some time off work if you have a stressful job
Get a good nights sleep before

That's it ! Works for me !

(just don't let yourself go now that you've got the piece of paper......you'll have to do another medical at some point !)
