Cataract removal

Has anybody had cataract removal and maintained a Class 1 medical after the operation to replace lens?

If so any advise on the procedure or procedures to avoid.

I can still maintain my Class 1 but envisage a problem in the future.

Research just which is the best place to have it done. There are two hospitals in SE UK that are chalk and cheese with the results.

I just about scrape in with 20/20 on the new lens, but it's not as good as my old lens
