Gary, regarding incomplete LBBB , do you mean a hemi-block ??
The left Bundle branch descends down the interventricular septum to the apex of the venticle and then branches repeatedly for distribution through the ventricle wall . If the conduction blockage takes place in one of these smaller branches it is called a hemi ( ? incomplete BBB)
