Theyīre called "Avamigran".
Iīll usually take two if itīs already developing (say, if it got me 5 or 10 minutes to get to the pills), or one at the slightest sign itīs coming, and have hardly any pain or nausea at all and the visual effects go away after a few minutes.
However, as stated, i havenīt had a Migrain for a long time (thankfully!!!!!!!)
