Medical Related question for pilots

I was an air force pilot before and had been off flying for 10 years by choice. I have ankylosing spondylitis and I am taking remicade which keeps my disease under control. I intend to get back into flying, I would really APPRECIATE if some Canadian pilots can give me their input, if it is OK with the employer to flying with the disease if I have the required medical from Transport Canada do employers ask medical questions, also if I am aiming for Air Canada do they have higher medical standards or I can hope that my dreams to be a commercial airline pilot may come true some day. Any response would be highly appreciated.
Any responses by pilots who are aware of this disease or known about pilots who fly with it in USA /Canada please advise. :)
