ATCO "proximity" endorsement on Medical
PLEASE HELP!!
I am a controller, and have just had a medical proximity endorsement placed on my licence which means I cannot control without another controller in the vicinity in case I have another "episode".
The condition is mildly physical in manifestation and does not affect my mental capacity.
I am currently looking for another ATC job, and this Proximity endorsement could make it very difficult to get one.
Can anyone provide me with any advice, ways to remove this thing, in fact any advice at all!
