FAA Medical - Where can I go?

My story is that I have a FAA Class 1 medical but have ATP / Night Flying resrictions on my CAA Class 1. I am a UK citizen and do not qualify for emmigration to the USA (No immediate family or job offer). I would like to begin flight training towards eventually becoming an airline pilot.

My question is, is there any country I can legally emmigrate to learn how to fly and accept FAA medicals?
