CAA Class 1 renewal

Does anyone know what I need to do to renew my Class1 med? (no time to plow through LASORS!) I've only had it a year, so its just run out. Thanks.

Go to an aeromedical doc that does class 1, pay him money, get medical. There's a list on the CAA website or else ask at the local flying school (the instructors will know where they go!)
