Prescription sunglasses

Hello!

Now in my wearly fifities I need to wear 1.5 diop. readers. My long range vision is excellent.

I also wear American Optical sunglasses - they are the best pilot sunglasses ever.

Can a small reading lens be either ground in or applied to my sunnies? Is it possible to buy small self-adhesive lenses?

The swap from sunnies to readers is a real fag, especialy in open cockpit or heli.

Any help will be appreciated.
