Medical aspects of accidents

As both ATCOs and pilots are subject to such stringent medicals I just wondered what statisics exist regarding accident rates due to a medical deficiency?

If you count fatigue as 'medical', there are plenty of accident in which it was cited as one of the contributory factors.
