Crohns Disease

I was diagnosed with Crohns disease 3 years ago. I still hold a Class one medical and continue to fly professionally. Are there any other pilots so afflicted out there? If so, have any of you had trouble cross decking between employers because of an existing chronic disease.
Any comments most welcome
