Hi there
I have had my class 1 for one year and i too am short sighted. I was worried too until i realised the renewal limits are -8.00 so i don't think you should be worrying too much.

i've been looking further into it and have just found the relevant information. -8.00 it is then!! I really hope my eyes don't get that bad, they have a long way to go for that!!!!
