Lightbulb How to Prepare?

Hey people,

I havn't yet started my ATPL training. I'm a pretty new member to PPRUNE from germany.

I have my initial medical examination on the 24th of August, and would like to know how to prepare for it to get good results?

I was thinking of doing lots of sports and stuff, but other than that I can't think of anything.

As you can imagine I'm really nervous so help me out

Phil

Just relax and don't drink too much - you'll be fine.

well i am also going down for my medical but just the day be4 you, and tbh im not worried about it as long as your working dont have any huge problems like your missing both your eyes then you should be fine.

I think going to the gyn 3x's a week wil get me through it

bt i am worried when they say a FULL PHYSICAL, does this mean the rubber glove treatment and the old cough test
