Class 2 Renewal

Could anyone please shed some light as to what the Class 2 Renewal medical involves, and how much it costs roughly please?

Remembering from the top of my head:

Medical history form
Height/weight
Simple hearing test
Eye tests.
Examination of ears, nose, throat, heart.lungs, abdomen, central nervous system.
Urine specimen.

Depending on your age, and when last check was performed,

lung function tests and ecg.

All perfectly simple and painleass, apart from the bill, which was about £200.
