Beta Blockers...Again
I know this topic has been discussed before so apologies, but I just want to share my recent experience.
I went to the doc with irregular heartbeats...been having them for 7 years, had several ECGs and various blood tests...all normal.
Recent ECG normal and following Holter Monitor test...normal with some "premature beats."
So, I have been put on Atenlol and was told that it may be anxiety!?
However, had a call from the clinic today asking me to pop in prior to my next appointment in a month for bloodwork for Thyroid function!?
Appears the doc may not be totally convinced after all!?
Any comments/ feedback would be welcome.

I'd say that doctors, like pilots, can never be sure of anything. That's why there's procedures and judgement.
Anxiety is an old friend of mine. It's also hard to diagnose. Is there anything else you've noticed that isn't right?
