Stapedectomy

Approximately 2yrs ago i had a Stapedectomy on my right ear, i was unable to fly for 3 months on the advice from my Doctor. Since then i have passed my CPL/FI and hold a JAA class 1. My problem is that i have again lost part of the hearing in my right ear (same problem). Is their anyone out there who can advise me on how the CAA regard the problem of hearing loss (not Total) in one ear?. My intentions are to instruct for the rest of my flying days as i am getting on a bit (47) and have no intentions of going down the airline route for obvious reasons.

Cheers
