Class 1 renewal ..... quick question

If I re-new my class 1 medical 1 month before it expires, will the new one be valid 12 months from the date of the re-newal or 12 months from the date of expiration of the old one ?

The later. it will be good for 12 months from the date the last one expired. It can overlap up to 45 days.
