Class 2 medical reqs

Can somebody please tell me if i ONLY just managed to obtain the old class 3 medical (a few years ago now expired) due to a short sighted right eye. What do you think my chances are of obtaining the newer class 2.
My sight cannot be correct with glasses etc the only correction is through laser treatment which i still assume the CAA dont approve of at this time. Basically do you think i will qualify for a class 2?

Look at the CAA website for the specifics.

You can find them here.

IF you are outside these limits talk to them. They do try to help people to continue to fly.
