What factors can medically disqualify once flying?

Hello Every1,

Just wanted to check, once you have successfully gained Class I medical and lucky enough to start flying with an airline, what factors are likely to contribute towards medically disqualification??

Are there any particular reasons beyond Class I medical requirements??? I think Class I is a standard medical and many airlines also do their own medical.

Any sensible comments would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.
